Parade of Homes Colorado Springs 2022

August 10, 2022

The Parade of Homes is perfect for looky-loos and snoopers alike. In fact, it is highly encouraged. The Parade of Homes Colorado Springs 2022 happens September 9th-25th, with tickets going on sale in mid to late August. This is the 68th annual Parade of Homes, and it is sponsored by the Housing and Building Association of Colorado Springs (HBA).

This year at the parade, Homes range in price from $500,000 to over $3,000,000, and this is the premier place to come to meet builders and see the new and evolving technologies in home building and home design.

If you are unfamiliar with the HBA, they have been around since the 1950s as a voice of the homebuilding community and associated trades. They advocate for attainable housing, contribute to regional development issues, and serve the Colorado Springs community through various programs such as Careers in Construction Colorado, and HBA Cares programs. Our Colorado Springs HBA cares about building a better Colorado Springs.

Building Design, Ideas, and Technology

The HBA Parade of Homes offers the public a first-hand look at the current trends and cutting-edge innovations in new home design and home products. For the three-week event, participants can tour homes, talk to builders, gather ideas, and try out new technologies. It is one of the best ways to get excited about building a new home. This showcase covers all trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.

People's Choice Award

Each year attendees of the Parade of Homes get to vote on their favorite homes by price point. All attendees of the Parade of Homes who visited a minimum of eight homes are allowed to cast their vote in multiple price categories.
