Woodmoor is a very large covenant controlled community of approximately 3,000 homes near Monument, Colorado. Homes for sale in Woodmoor tend to be single family homes on 0.5 to 2 acre lots with an average of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3,700 square feet, but there has been a rise in townhomes for sale in Woodmoor as well. Woodmoor’s residents are in close proximity to both Colorado Springs to the south and Denver to the north with all the urban comforts city living presents. A trip into the mountains is a short drive away.
