Wild Oak Farms is located in Fountain Colorado. This neighborhood is Conveniently located just east of downtown Fountain and a quick 15-minute drive to Fort Carson and 20 minutes to Peterson Air Force Base. Building and development started in this area in the early 1990s and continued on through the late 1990s. There are approximately 450 homes in the neighborhood and while there isn’t an abundance of park space in the actual neighborhood, Wild Oak Farms does back to Jimmy Camp Creek which includes acres of open space and miles of trails which are open to the public.

Apartments, condos, and townhomes are on the rise in this area.

Fountain has seen significant growth in both residential and Commercial development over the last few years. The addition of many big-box retailers as well as restaurants and shopping homemade fountain is a very convenient place to live. These amenities coupled with fast access to Interstate 25 should continue to fuel growth in the Fountain area while driving up the desirability of established neighborhoods like “Wild Oak Farms”.
