From the annual downtown parade to traditional Irish music, themed parties, and family-friendly celebrations, the city comes alive in honor of Ireland’s patron saint. In this guide, we’ll highlight the best St. Patrick’s Day events in Colorado Springs for 2026, helping you plan a fun and memorable day filled with community, culture, and celebration.

You can view the parade from anywhere along the Route if you stay behind the chalk lines along the route. Tickets for the Grand Stands are available online and in person.
The best option for parking is to use one of the city parking garages close to the parade route. The parade lasts about 1-1/2 hours and is a fun, green-themed event. Food and drink are available at local restaurants, pubs, and food booths, but alcohol is prohibited outside along the parade route. Be prepared for changing Colorado weather by dressing in layers.
