Wolf Ranch is a large subdivision on the eastern edge of Briargate in Northern Colorado Springs. Wolf Ranch features Academy District 20 schools and is home to Ranch Creek Elementary School. The area features several parks and a fantastic Community Center with Splash Park and a heated pool. Homes for sale in Wolf Ranch Colorado Springs are newer homes from $450,000 to $900,000.
