Promontory Pointe is a newer neighborhood in the TriLakes / Monument area. This area is located off of Baptist Road east of I-25 near between Leather Chaps and Kingswood Dr. The homes in Promontory Pointe have some amazing views towards Pikes Peak. There are a total of 220 lots including many walkout lots; most are around 1/4 acre and a few are 1+ acre in size.
