Average highs in the winter are in the upper 30's with average lows dropping down to 15-20 degrees. Summertime temperatures average 80-83 degrees with the lows in the 50s. The treed areas usually experience more snow during the winter than areas located further south, but the area is hard to beat for beautiful views, gorgeous homes and a reasonable commute to Denver.
