The average price per square feet is $120 per square feet. Homes in this area were built from 1970s to today, with the average home built in the mid 1990s.
There are many hiking and biking trails in this area which connect through the neighborhood and on into the national forest and Monument Preserve.

Forest View Estates is governed by the Forest View Estates Property Owner’s Association (FVEPOA). Other areas of TriLakes / Monument include Woodmoor, Kings Deer, Jackson Creek, High Forest Ranch, Red Rock Ranch and Palmer Lake. Although this area is not known for new construction, new home builds in Monument can be found in Forest Lakes, Lake of the Rockies and Sanctuary Pointe. There are no townhomes for sale in Forest View Estates, but a few nearby in Palmer Lake.
