For as long as she has been in the residential real estate industry, Courtney Gilmore's niche still seems to center around first time home buyers. The thrill of helping someone new to the game with contracts, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, etc, and the honor of handing over the keys to a wide-eyed buyer who has just made one of the most sound investments of his/her life are, quite simply, her favorite experiences beyond compare!
Courtney will always let you be in the driver's seat during the home buying or home selling process, but she will also always be there sitting shotgun, right beside you, to help you expertly steer your way through the process...whether it's your first one or your thirty-first one.

After graduating college, Courtney worked for a new home builder here in Colorado Springs for a couple of years before becoming a licensed real estate professional in the summer of 1997. With over 20 years in real estate, helping buyers and sellers exceed their real estate goals, remains her true passion. From traditional residential sales, to investment, second home, resort, and fix and flip properties, her experience, skill, dedication, go get 'em attitude, and never say never spirit, are what helps set her apart in this industry and make her one of the best Colorado Springs REALTORS® around.
The military also holds a soft spot in her heart. With so many military installations in Colorado Springs, she became a member of the Volunteer REALTOR® Program at Fort Carson years ago so that she could learn the unique nuances of military transfers both in and out of state, country, and the world. Since that time, she has helped 100s of military families make these difficult moves that much easier!
In her spare time, her son takes priority. From walking the golf course with him during his school golf tournaments, from scorekeeping his traveling team's basketball games most weekend evenings, from getting him out on the trails so that he can grow up appreciating and respecting the beauty and perfection that is this great state of Colorado, her son is typically right by her side.
