Fast forward to 2025, and Springs Homes remains at the forefront with a beautiful and extremely informative website that not only does an excellent job of showcasing properties throughout the Springs region, it provides insightful analytics, various reports, and easy to use tools, all of which is very helpful with developing a depth of knowledge of the economy and its effect on the local real estate market, etc. Accompanying these resources is Jennifer’s personal depth and breadth of knowledge of the COS real estate market, to include builders, neighborhoods, traffic patterns, areas with problems not widely known like foundation problems with some homes in the foothills, etc. All derived from decades of experience in this area. She very confidently steered us in the right directions, providing insight into the full spectrum of pros and cons of every property we showed serious interest in..
