- Median List Price-This is the absolute middle, of all of the Active Listings on the market this is the middle of the price spread.
- Median Sales Price-This is the absolute middle, of all of the homes that sold, this is the middle of the price spread.
- Average Sales Price- This is the average sales price of all of the homes sold in this particular month.
- Listing Discount-This is the average difference + or- between what the seller wanted and what they took.
- Days On Market- This is the average number of days it took a home to sell.
- Conclusion-This is a summary of the market's overall condition.
