Briargate

Briargate - Briargate is a 10,000 acre master planned community. Located at the north end of Colorado Springs just east of the United States Air Force Academy. Briargate features Cul-de-Sac neighborhoods, great views of both "Pikes Peak" and the Front Range as well as lots of parks and open space and of shopping.

Each of the various neighborhoods within Briargate are uniquely named and identified with monuments, perimeter fencing and limited road access to provide for safe and pleasant living environments.

Briargate Number of Sales By Month

The Briargate market tends to ebb and flow with the School year. The following chart confirms this, the one interesting point to observe is the sharp drop in sales between July and August. We usually don't see this drop until September.

Median Sales Price: This number is a good indicator for two conditions. First it shows the general pricing trend for the area, secondly it shows what is actually selling. As the graph shows, Briargate actually showed a 4.237 % increase in Median Sales price from May of 2008.
